Term and Conditions
- You should book Abu Dhabi city tour before 24 hours of departure, after that you can check the availability through our customer customer support that is available 24/7.
- All packages include shared cars except if you booked the private tour package.
- Our all prices are about per person, except if you booked the private tour package.
- Amendment can be made 24 hours before the departure like changing in no of persons or changing in pick up location. Before 24 hours amendment will be free.
- Pick up and drop off will be at the same place with shared car, with the private car it might be possible on special request or with minimal charges.
- Sometimes for a special occasion or reasons some places might be closed for visitors in that case we will not be responsible.
Cancelation Policy
- Free cancelation is available only 24 hours prior.
- After 24 hours we will charge half payment of the total collection.
- If you cancel the booking after departure time we will charge full payment.
- If you don’t pay the cancelation charges we will immediately field the complaint to the Dubai Tourism Department or Dubai Police, in that case you will be responsible.
- You can amend your booking before 24 hours of departure without any charges.
- In Show case there will be no refund on any paid amount.
Seating Policy
- With shared car there will be no commitment for seats, it will depends on the pickup locations (first come first served).
- Moreover you can request to the driver and your fellow tourists to get you required seats.
- We hold all the seating rights, we can allocates seats to anyone on premium services.
- Kids under 3 years are free and they will not get seats, their gradians will carry them on the laps.
- Baby seats are available for the kids, but you will have to pay full ticket price because it will cover full seat.
Payment Policy
- Driver will collect the payment at the time of pick up as cash.
- Online transfer and bank transfer also available.
- There is no payment return policy.
- If you don’t have to cash to pay to driver you will need to inform us earlier.
